		<description>OMG!!! Im sooo upset that I want to cry!  My lovely, beautiful, expensive site is now completly deleted because the idiots in the technical support department at globat deleted ALL my files.  I went in the other night to do a back up...because my site was phillshed and a bunch of spam e-mail was sent out...i need to reboot it because this keeps happening.  I callled them, asked them to unsuspended the account so i can back it up..they said..no problem, we will just delete those files for you...they did but they deleted them ALL!!! I dont have a back up because we were going in to do the backup at the time.. Im not a technicle person, just a hard working person who edits my moms site.  I had to pay someone ever so often to back up my files..but i did not knwo it was supposed to be done often..this was my first time attempting to back it up.  My site gets hacked into 2twice a month and they wont let me change my user name, only my screen name so its becomming a huge problem.  Every time, in the last 2 months since this has been happening..i ask to speak to a uspervisor and they put me on hold or ignore me completly..i have never once talked to one.  They dont understand English as well as there custormer service agents and i can barely understand them at times..i hate having to repeat myself 5 times..especially when my site is deleted!!  So annoying..my hours and hours and thousands of dollars is gone!  All i can get from them is a letter saying..you told us to delete the files!! no..the agent told me she would delete the corrupted file!  IF she would have simply asked "do you have a backup"..i would have automatically told her to stop what she was doing because i did not want my entire site deleted.  This is just one problem..i have many concerns and comlaints for this company.  I currently, host 2 websites with them and you can bet..i will be moving on VERY soon..im thinking possible legal action as well..Oh..if you are trying to go to my site..you cant!..Its deleted!!! Stupid, stupid..people..!!</description>

		<description>OOh yes your problem is the same as mine was. I was with globat for 4 months. One day I see a charge on my credit card for $39.95. I went, wooh this is fishy. So, the first thing I did was call my credit card account people and told them that this was a false charge and it should be investigated. I then logged into my globat account and there was this 39.95 upgrade charge. Keep in mind they did not specify what the upgrade really was.
Sooo... a month goes by and then all the sudden one of my clients said his site was down.
Come to find out my credit card company had then rejected all of the charges that i had made with Globat. At the time I was mad at the credit card company. Until i got on the phone with globat to resolve this issue.
The tech support was the worst ever in human history!! I'm not kidding. They had me calling all these numbers so i could find out what this faulty charge was.
Finally i said screw this, thankfully i have backups of my sites. I went directly to Media Temple to get hosting. All I can say is, you pay more for them but you dont have to deal with bullshit!! They have been a perfect host.</description>

		<description>I recently found that someone had somehow gotten into my site (hacking I assumed), and posted a phishing site.  I 

called up globat.com techsupport, they told me they locked down my account, but told me to delete the file (I 

couldn't delete the file because they locked down my account).  Finally they unlocked my account which is when I 

found out every site, all the data, everything was gone (globat.com erased everything).  They then sent me an 

e-mail listing the file that was phising, and the IP address of the person that uploaded the file.  Well I did a 

WHO-IS lookup on the IP address, it was a globat.com IP.  Here's the IP I was sent, if you don't believe me 

216.193.201.53.  

I've been randomly charged on my credit card for upgrades I don't want, and didn't authorize, and when I call 

globat.com to ask why, or if I can have a refund, they simply tell me no.  

My site is down more than it is up, or loads extremily slow.

I have been yelled at by tech support, and when I asked to talk with a supervisor, they either hang up on me, or 

call me profanities.
