Zinda

hmm… the trialer really blew me away…. a man imprisoned for 14 years and he had only 4 days to find out why this was done to him… oooohhh….

well, i suggest you leave the movie at the trailer only.. the story is stupid… totally stupid. And it is full of gross scenes… I didnt like the movie at all. who wants to see Lara Dutta as a taxi driver in Bangkok and speak with a thick punjabi accent ??

If you havent already, then please dont wast ur money or time on this movie. And if u still want to watch it search for it on Google Videos :-)

I give this movie 5.5/10.

BTW, soundtrack of the movie is good… definitely worth picking up.

15 Park Avenue

The promo seemed to make the movie look good. I knew it wasnt a movie for the mainstream cinema, and felt adventerous enough to try watching it. As it turns out, it was a bad decision. The movie sucks big time. It tells the story of girl suffering from schizophrenia. One needs to have paitence to watch these kinds of movies, but that is useful only if the story is good. IMHO, this movie had a poor story and was directed poorly.

I give it 4/10.

Blog’s software upgarded

This blog is now officially running on WordPress 2.0 “Duke”. I usually dont visit the dashboard, and today when I did, I saw the new version was out. 30 minutes and it’s up… It’s got a lot of great features but the best has been the change to the look and feel of the backend. It’s much better than the previous versions.

At Last…

Enuf is Enuf…. It’s been 22 days since I have posted on the blog… maybe the longest spell of silence. I have so much to make posts on, but just cant make myself to write anything. I am waiting right now for my Parallel Processing class to begin, so thought that instead of googling, I’ll just make a post.

Life has been good… trip to India was great fun. Met loads of people and had loads of fun. As I was telling a friend today, there I didn’t do things because I needed to do them, but because I wanted to do them… ;-)

It’s been about a week since I have been back here in Chicago and I have started to get used to the whole life style again (Though I haven’t started cooking yet). All the time I was in India, it didn’t snow here and two days after my landing, it snowed :p…

Well, I watched quite a few movies and will rate ( ;-) ) them and also got a few other things to post on.

For now this is good… Class is starting in 6 mins, so have to rush…

Happy New Year

Hey peeps,

hope u all have a fun filled year ahead.

This year… like many other years, is going to be a crucial one for me. I will be graduating sometime near June/july and would also be looking to start a job right after that. So have loads of thinking and hardwork ahead.

Anyways… hope things are good for everyone this year… ;-)
